Cold-form foil requires careful handling because of its layered structure. The machine uses automatic web-tension control to maintain smooth material movement and minimise wrinkles, stretching and edge shifting. Its colour-registration system ensures accurate alignment throughout every printing station.

Independent printing units provide precise control over ink flow, impression pressure and registration. A temperature-controlled hot-air drying system dries the printed layers without unnecessary thermal stress on the foil. PLC and HMI controls make production settings, speed regulation and machine monitoring convenient for the operator.
