The Induction Sealing Wads Lamination Machine is designed to manufacture multilayer laminated roll stock for induction-sealing wads and bottle-cap liners. It combines aluminium foil with paperboard, foam, paper, film or other compatible backing materials through a controlled roll-to-roll process.

The machine provides uniform adhesive or wax application, accurate web tension, controlled heating, precise nip pressure and smooth rewinding. The finished laminate can subsequently be slit and punched into sealing wads for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic, chemical and other packaging containers.
