About Woven Sack Printing Machine

The Woven Sack Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for clear and consistent printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material and laminated sack fabric supplied in roll form. It can print brand logos, product information, handling instructions and multicolour packaging graphics with uniform ink coverage and controlled registration.

The machine uses precision printing cylinders, anilox rollers and an efficient ink-transfer arrangement to achieve reliable print quality. Its roll-to-roll feeding system guides the woven fabric smoothly through each colour station. Controlled web tension reduces wrinkles, material shifting and repeat-registration errors. The integrated drying arrangement dries the printed surface before rewinding.

This machine is suitable for producing printed fabric used in rice, flour, fertilizer, seed, cement, animal-feed and industrial packaging sacks. Colours, printing width, speed and roll capacity can be customized.
