The Fluorescent Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying bright fluorescent pigment coatings onto paper and paperboard rolls. It produces high-visibility coated paper for promotional displays, labels, posters, decorative products, stationery and speciality printing applications.

The machine operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising controlled unwinding, accurate coating application, multi-zone hot-air drying and uniform rewinding. A Mayer Bar coating head helps maintain the required coating thickness and consistent colour coverage across the paper web.

Its PLC-based control system enables convenient management of machine speed, web tension, coating operation and drying temperature. Automatic web guiding keeps the paper correctly aligned during production. The working width, coating head, drying length and heating system can be customized according to the paper grade, pigment formulation and required production output.
