The Double Side Tape Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a uniform pressure-sensitive adhesive coating to both sides of tissue paper, PET film, non-woven fabric, foam and other flexible carrier materials. It supports the production of double-sided tapes used in packaging, printing, stationery, automotive, electronics and industrial assembly applications.

The continuous roll-to-roll system integrates automatic unwinding, precision adhesive coating, controlled hot-air drying, release-liner lamination and uniform rewinding. Its PLC-based controls allow operators to regulate coating speed, web tension, drying temperature and coat weight. Automatic web guiding maintains correct material alignment during production. The machine configuration can be customized according to the carrier material, adhesive formulation, coating width and required production capacity.
