Thermal Paper Coating Machine About

The Thermal Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying base coat, heat-sensitive thermal coat and protective topcoat onto paper rolls. It operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising automatic unwinding, accurate coating application, controlled drying and uniform rewinding.

The machine can be configured with Mayer Bar, air-knife or gravure coating arrangements according to the coating formulation and required coat weight. Its PLC-based control system manages web speed, tension, coating operation and drying temperature for stable production. The multi-zone hot-air drying chamber removes moisture uniformly without damaging the paper surface.

This machine is suitable for producing thermal paper used in POS receipts, ATM slips, billing rolls, labels, tickets, logistics documents and other heat-sensitive printing applications. Working width, coating stations, drying length and production speed can be customized according to the buyers manufacturing requirements.
