The Fully Automatic Self-Adhesive BOPP Tape Coating Machine is designed for high-volume production of adhesive-coated BOPP jumbo rolls. The machine applies a precise and consistent layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto transparent, brown, coloured or printed BOPP film.

Its integrated roll-to-roll system combines automatic unwinding, closed-loop web-tension control, precision adhesive coating, multi-zone hot-air drying, film cooling and controlled jumbo-roll rewinding. PLC and HMI controls allow operators to monitor speed, tension, temperature and other production parameters from a centralized control panel.
The coated jumbo rolls can subsequently be converted into transparent tape, brown packing tape, printed tape, coloured tape and industrial carton-sealing tape using a suitable slitting and rewinding machine.
