It can process compatible pearl, metallic, matte, gloss, satin and coloured coating formulations to create an attractive and uniform paper surface.

The machine incorporates automatic unwinding, web guiding, closed-loop tension control, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying, cooling and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI touchscreen allows operators to adjust production speed, web tension, drying temperature and coating thickness conveniently. Precision-ground rollers provide consistent coating across the complete paper width. The working width, coating head, drying length and heating system can be customized according to the paper GSM, coating formulation and required decorative finish.
