The Jumbo to Jumbo Butter Paper Flexographic Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for continuous printing on large butter-paper, greaseproof-paper and food-wrapping-paper rolls. It delivers clear logos, product information and repeated packaging patterns with uniform ink coverage and controlled registration.

The machine unwinds a jumbo parent roll, guides the paper through precision flexographic printing stations and rewinds the finished printed material into a neat jumbo roll. Its web-tension system helps handle lightweight paper without wrinkles, stretching or misalignment. Precision anilox rollers support controlled ink transfer, while the hot-air drying system dries the printed surface before rewinding.

The machine is suitable for food-wrapping paper, bakery liners, sandwich paper and branded butter-paper packaging. Printing width, number of colours, roll diameter and production speed can be customized.
