About Paper Cup Printing Machine
The Paper Cup Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed to print logos, branding, decorative patterns and product information on paper cup stock supplied in roll form. It is suitable for printing PE-coated paper, paperboard and other paper materials used for manufacturing disposable cups and food-service containers.
The machine uses precision plate cylinders and anilox rollers to provide controlled ink transfer, sharp printing and consistent repeat registration. Its roll-to-roll feeding system guides the material smoothly through each printing station, while controlled web tension helps prevent wrinkles, shifting and registration errors. An efficient hot-air drying arrangement dries every printed colour before rewinding.
The finished printed roll can subsequently be die-cut into cup fans and converted into paper cups. Printing width, colours, speed and roll-handling capacity can be customized.
