The Woven Bag Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for high-quality printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material and laminated bag-making rolls. It prints brand logos, product information, handling symbols and multicolour packaging designs with uniform ink coverage and accurate repeat registration.

The machine uses precision plate cylinders and anilox rollers for controlled ink transfer. Its roll-to-roll feeding arrangement moves the woven material smoothly through each printing station, while the web-tension system helps maintain alignment and reduces wrinkles, shifting and print-registration errors. An efficient drying arrangement dries every printed colour before the material enters the next station or rewinding section.

The printed woven rolls can be converted into rice bags, fertilizer bags, flour bags, feed sacks and other industrial packaging. Printing width, colours, speed and control options can be customized.
