Woven Fabric Printing Machine About

The Woven Fabric Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for continuous printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material, coated fabric and laminated woven packaging rolls. It produces clear logos, product information, handling instructions and multicolour graphics with uniform ink coverage and consistent repeat registration.

The machine incorporates precision plate cylinders, anilox rollers and individually adjustable printing stations for controlled ink application. Its roll-to-roll feeding arrangement moves the material smoothly through each printing unit. Controlled web tension keeps the fabric properly aligned and reduces wrinkles, shifting and registration errors. The integrated hot-air drying system dries each colour before the fabric enters the following printing station or rewinding section.

This machine is suitable for producing printed woven material used in packaging sacks, shopping bags, agricultural bags and industrial packaging. Width, colours and speed can be customized.
