The Rice Bag Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for high-quality rotogravure printing on BOPP film, laminated polypropylene material and flexible rice packaging rolls. It produces clear product names, brand logos, grain images, nutritional information, weight details and decorative packaging designs with consistent colour reproduction.

This automatic roll-to-roll machine comes with an 8-colour printing configuration and a working width of up to 52 inches. Controlled web tension ensures stable movement of wide packaging material, while the registration system maintains proper alignment between different colours. Every printing station includes a gravure cylinder, impression roller, ink circulation system and hot-air drying arrangement.
The machine is suitable for printing packaging for basmati rice, non-basmati rice, premium rice, flour, pulses, grains and other agricultural products. Its printing width, number of colours, drying system and control features can be customized according to production requirements.
