About Waterproof Paper Coating Machine

The Automatic Waterproof Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a smooth and controlled moisture-resistant barrier layer on paper, kraft paper and paperboard. It is suitable for manufacturing coated paper used in packaging, wrapping and various industrial applications where improved resistance to water, moisture, oil or grease is required.

The machine includes automatic unwinding, web guiding, closed-loop tension control, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI touchscreen allows operators to regulate machine speed, drying temperature, web tension and coating thickness conveniently. Precision rollers help maintain uniform coating across the entire paper width. The working width, coating head, drying length and heating system can be customized according to the paper GSM and selected barrier formulation.
