About Reverse Paper Coating Machine

The Automatic Reverse Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed to apply an accurate and uniform coating layer on paper, kraft paper, paperboard and other paper-based roll materials. Its reverse-roll coating system rotates the coating roller against the direction of the moving paper web, providing precise control over coating thickness and a smooth finished surface.

The machine is suitable for water-based coatings, adhesive, varnish, resin, barrier chemicals and other functional paper coatings. It incorporates automatic unwinding, web guiding, closed-loop tension control, reverse-roll coating, multi-zone hot-air drying and controlled rewinding systems. The PLC and HMI control panel enables easy adjustment of production speed, web tension, drying temperature and coating parameters. Its rigid structure and precision-ground rollers ensure stable performance during continuous production. Working width, coating range, drying length and heating method can be customized.
