PP Tape Making Machine About

The PP Tape Making Machine is designed to manufacture self-adhesive packaging tape from polypropylene film rolls. The machine applies a controlled layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto the film, dries the coated web and rewinds it into jumbo rolls for subsequent slitting and rewinding.

Its continuous roll-to-roll system combines precision adhesive coating, automatic web-tension control, multi-zone hot-air drying, edge guiding and smooth rewinding. The machine is suitable for producing transparent, brown, coloured, printed and customized adhesive tapes used in carton sealing, packaging and general industrial applications.
