Transfer Paper Coating Machine About

The Transfer Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a smooth and uniform functional coating onto continuous paper rolls. The coated paper can be used for dye-sublimation printing, heat-transfer printing, garment decoration, textile printing and customized merchandise production. Its controlled coating arrangement helps produce paper with consistent ink absorption, controlled drying and efficient colour release during the heat-transfer process.

The machine operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising automatic unwinding, precise coating application, multi-zone hot-air drying and uniform rewinding. Its Mayer Bar coating system helps maintain the required coat weight and an even coating layer across the complete paper width.

A PLC-based control system allows operators to adjust machine speed, web tension, coating parameters and drying temperature. Automatic edge guiding maintains proper paper alignment during production. Working width, coating stations, drying length, heating configuration and production speed can be customized according to the base paper and required transfer performance.
