Designed to eliminate conventional aluminum foil from pouch structures, this advanced machine applies eco-friendly water-based barrier emulsions, heat-sealable coatings, and moisture-vapor barriers onto Kraft paper, specialty paper, and pouch substrates used for food, tea, coffee, gutka, and pharmaceutical packaging.

Equipped with a precision Mayer Bar / Metering Rod coating head, an extended high-efficiency Hot Air drying tunnel with top exhaust blowers, heavy-duty access stairs, duplex unwinder, duplex rewinder, and automated web tension control, it operates at production speeds up to 150 m/min. The computerized PLC Control System with HMI touchscreen interface guarantees uniform coat weight, precise temperature management, and continuous heavy-duty operation.
