High Temperature Tape Coating Machine About
The High Temperature Tape Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying heat-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive onto flexible substrates such as polyimide film, PET film, PTFE film, glass cloth and aluminium foil. It produces adhesive jumbo rolls suitable for electrical insulation, powder coating, automotive painting, electronics manufacturing and other demanding industrial applications.
The machine incorporates automatic unwinding, precision adhesive coating, multi-zone hot-air drying, release-liner lamination and controlled rewinding. Its PLC-based control system helps regulate web tension, coat weight, operating speed and drying temperature. Automatic edge guiding maintains accurate material alignment throughout production. Working width, coating mechanism, drying length and heating capacity can be customized according to the tape substrate, adhesive formulation and required temperature resistance.
