Cello Tape Coating Machine About

The Cello Tape Coating Machine is designed to apply a uniform layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto BOPP film. Its automatic roll-to-roll process combines accurate adhesive coating, controlled web tension, hot-air drying, cooling and smooth rewinding to manufacture self-adhesive packaging-tape jumbo rolls.

The coated jumbo rolls can subsequently be slit and rewound into cello tape, transparent tape, brown packing tape, printed tape and other adhesive-tape products. Working width, coating method, drying length and production speed can be customized according to the required tape quality and output.
