The Automatic DG Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying uniform lacquer and functional coatings on paper, PVC, BOPP, polyester film, plastic film and aluminium foil. Its precision Mayer Bar coating system controls the coating deposit and helps produce a smooth, consistent layer across the complete web width.

The machine incorporates automatic unwinding, web guiding, controlled web tension, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying and automatic rewinding. Its PLC-based control panel enables convenient adjustment of machine speed, drying temperature, web tension and coating parameters. The rigid fabricated structure and precision-ground rollers support stable performance during continuous industrial production. This machine is suitable for protective, decorative, heat-seal and specialty lacquer applications. Working width, drying length, coating range and heating source can be customized according to the buyers material and process requirements.
