About DIP Dying Paper Coating Machine

The Automatic Dip Dyeing Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for continuous dyeing, saturation and chemical treatment of paper rolls. In this process, the paper web passes through a controlled dye or coating bath, ensuring penetration on both sides. Adjustable squeeze rollers remove excess liquid and help maintain uniform colour, chemical pickup and finished-paper quality.

The machine is equipped with automatic unwinding, a stainless-steel dipping tank, squeeze rollers, web-tension control, web guiding, hot-air drying and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI control panel enables operators to adjust production speed, squeeze pressure, drying temperature and web tension. The machine can be used with compatible water-based dyes, pigments and functional chemicals. Working width, tank design, drying length and production speed can be customized according to the paper grade and required application.
