The Non Woven PP Fabric Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for clear and consistent printing on polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric supplied in roll form. It can print logos, promotional messages, product details and multicolour patterns with uniform ink coverage and accurate repeat registration.

The machine incorporates precision plate cylinders, anilox rollers and individually adjustable colour stations for controlled ink application. Its roll-to-roll feeding system guides the PP non-woven fabric smoothly through every printing station. Controlled web tension helps prevent wrinkles, stretching and material shifting. The hot-air drying system dries each printed colour before the fabric enters the next printing unit or rewinding section.

The printed rolls can be converted into shopping bags, D-cut bags, W-cut bags, medical packaging and promotional products. Printing width, colours and production speed can be customized.
