The Automatic Comma Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is engineered for the precise and uniform application of adhesives, resins, silicone, varnish and other functional coatings on flexible roll materials. Its specially designed comma knife or comma roll assembly provides accurate control over coating thickness and helps maintain consistent coating GSM across the complete web width.

The machine can process paper, BOPP, PET, polyester film, aluminium foil, PVC film, non-woven fabric and laminated substrates. It is equipped with automatic unwinding, web guiding, tension control, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying and controlled rewinding systems. The PLC and HMI control panel enables convenient adjustment of speed, temperature, web tension and coating parameters. Its heavy-duty fabricated structure provides stable, low-vibration operation. Working width, coating range, drying length and heating source can be customized to suit different production requirements.
