Lacquer Coating Machine About

The Lacquer Coating Machine applies a thin and uniform layer of protective, decorative, sealing or adhesion-promoting lacquer onto flexible roll materials. It can process compatible aluminium foil, PET film, BOPP film, PVC film, paper and other web substrates.
The machine uses a controlled roll-to-roll process that combines precision lacquer application, automatic web-tension management, edge guiding, multi-zone hot-air drying and uniform rewinding. Gravure, reverse-gravure or comma-roll coating systems can be provided according to the lacquer viscosity, required coat weight and substrate.

Depending on the approved configuration, the machine can apply clear lacquer, coloured lacquer, protective lacquer, heat-seal lacquer, primer or specialty functional coatings. The coated material may be used in pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, decorative foil, labels, flexible packaging and industrial products.
