Equipped with a high-accuracy Mayer Bar / Metering Rod coating head, an extended high-capacity Hot Air drying tunnel with ventilation exhausts, red applicator rollers, duplex unwinder, duplex rewinder, and pneumatic web tension control, it operates smoothly at speeds up to 150 m/min. The computerized PLC Control System with HMI touchscreen interface offers precise coat weight accuracy, automated temperature monitoring, and reliable continuous production.
