The Wheat Bag Flexographic Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material and laminated rolls used for wheat and food-grain packaging. It produces sharp brand logos, product names, grain varieties, weight information, handling instructions and repeat packaging graphics with consistent ink coverage.

The machine uses precision anilox rollers and plate cylinders for controlled ink transfer and dependable registration. Its roll-to-roll feeding system guides the bag-making material smoothly through each colour station, while controlled web tension helps prevent wrinkles, shifting and print misalignment. An efficient hot-air drying arrangement dries each printed colour before the material reaches the following station or rewinding section.

The printed roll can later be cut and stitched into wheat, flour and grain bags of different capacities. Printing width, colours, speed and roll-handling options can be customized.
