About Paper Foot Mat Printing Machine

The Paper Foot Mat Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for printing decorative patterns, borders, logos, instructions and branding on paper rolls used to manufacture disposable foot mats. It is suitable for absorbent paper, kraft paper, laminated paper and other paper-based mat materials.

The machine uses precision plate cylinders and anilox rollers for controlled ink transfer, clear impressions and consistent repeat printing. Its roll-to-roll feeding arrangement moves the paper smoothly through each printing station, while controlled web tension reduces wrinkles, material shifting and registration errors. The integrated hot-air drying system dries each printed colour before the paper reaches the rewinding section.

The printed roll can subsequently be cut into individual foot mats for hotels, homes, hospitals, salons and commercial facilities. Printing width, colours, repeat length and speed can be customized.
