About Plastic Bori Printing Machine

The Plastic Bori Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for clear and consistent printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material and laminated plastic sack rolls. It can print company logos, product names, weights, handling instructions and multicolour packaging graphics with uniform ink coverage and proper repeat registration.

The machine uses precision plate cylinders and anilox rollers for controlled ink transfer. Its roll-to-roll feeding arrangement guides the plastic bori material smoothly through each printing station, while the web-tension control helps reduce wrinkles, shifting and registration errors. An efficient hot-air drying system dries the printed colours before the material enters the rewinding section.

The printed fabric can subsequently be cut and stitched into rice, flour, fertilizer, feed and industrial packaging bags. Printing width, colours, speed and roll capacity can be customized.
