About Rice Bag Printing Machine

The Rice Bag Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for clear and consistent printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material and laminated rice-bag rolls. It can print brand logos, rice varieties, product weight, batch information, handling instructions and multicolour packaging graphics with uniform ink coverage and accurate repeat registration.

The machine uses precision plate cylinders and anilox rollers for controlled ink transfer. Its roll-to-roll feeding arrangement moves the bag-making material smoothly through each printing station, while controlled web tension helps reduce wrinkles, material shifting and colour-registration errors. The integrated hot-air drying system dries each printed colour before the fabric enters the next station or rewinding section.

The finished printed roll can be cut and stitched into rice bags of different capacities. Printing width, colours, speed and roll-handling options can be customized.
