The Four Colour Flexo Printing Machine with Slitting Sheet Cutter manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works combines four-colour printing, longitudinal slitting and cross-sheet cutting in one production line. It is suitable for paper, kraft paper, coated paper, non-woven fabric and selected flexible packaging materials supplied in roll form.

Four flexographic colour stations print logos, text and graphics with controlled ink transfer and accurate repeat registration. After printing and drying, the material passes through the slitting section, where rotary knives divide it into the required widths. The synchronized sheet-cutting unit then cuts the material to the selected length.

This integrated arrangement reduces separate material handling, saves production time and delivers ready-sized printed sheets. Printing width, slit width, sheet length, speed and control options can be customized according to production requirements.
