Cement Bag Printing Machine About
The Cement Bag Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for clear and durable printing on PP woven fabric, HDPE woven material, laminated sack fabric and other roll-fed cement bag materials. It prints brand logos, cement grades, product weight, manufacturing information, safety instructions and handling symbols with consistent ink coverage and accurate repeat registration.
Precision plate cylinders and anilox rollers ensure controlled ink transfer for sharp printing on textured woven surfaces. The roll-to-roll feeding arrangement guides the material through each printing station, while controlled web tension helps prevent wrinkles, shifting and registration errors. Its hot-air drying system dries every colour before the material enters the following station or rewinding section.
The printed roll can be cut and stitched into cement and construction-material sacks. Printing width, colours, speed and drying configuration can be customized.
