The Shafted Rotogravure Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for consistent, high-quality printing on flexible packaging materials. It uses mechanical or pneumatic shafts to securely hold the material rolls during unwinding and rewinding, ensuring stable web movement throughout the printing process.

This automatic machine is suitable for printing on BOPP, PET, PVC, LDPE, paper, aluminium foil and laminated packaging films. The individual gravure printing stations provide uniform ink transfer, sharp images and accurate colour registration. Its controlled tension system minimizes wrinkles, material shifting and printing variation during continuous production.

The machine is available in different working widths and 1 to 9 colour configurations. Optional features such as electronic web guiding, motorised registration, pneumatic doctor blades, automatic tension control, web video inspection and viscosity controllers can be provided according to production requirements. It is suitable for flexible packaging manufacturers, printing units and packaging converters.
