Mohindra Mechanical Works offers an advanced Photo Paper Coating Machine designed for manufacturing premium glossy, matte, satin and inkjet-compatible photo paper. The machine applies a smooth and consistent coating layer over the paper surface to improve ink absorption, colour reproduction, print sharpness, brightness and surface finish.

Its roll-to-roll arrangement includes controlled unwinding, precision coating, multi-zone drying and uniform rewinding. The PLC and HMI control system allows the operator to manage web speed, coating parameters, drying temperature and web tension conveniently. Automatic edge guiding helps keep the paper aligned throughout production, while precision-finished rollers ensure even coating distribution across the entire working width.
The machine can be configured with Mayer bar, gravure, air-knife or customized coating technology. It is suitable for different water-based ink-receptive formulations and can produce photo paper for desktop inkjet printing, professional photography, advertising graphics and commercial printing applications.
