BOPP Tape Coating Machine with Dryer About

The BOPP Tape Coating Machine with Dryer is designed for applying a uniform layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto BOPP film and drying it under controlled conditions. Its roll-to-roll production system combines precise adhesive coating, automatic web-tension control, a multi-zone hot-air dryer, controlled film cooling and smooth jumbo-roll rewinding.

The extended drying chamber provides sufficient dwell time for effective moisture removal from water-based acrylic adhesive. Independent temperature and airflow controls help maintain consistent drying across the entire film width. The coated jumbo rolls can subsequently be slit and rewound into transparent tape, brown packing tape, printed tape and other self-adhesive BOPP tape products.
