It produces sharp text, detailed product images, solid colour backgrounds, logos and attractive packaging designs with consistent print quality.
This automatic model features an 8-colour printing configuration and supports a working width of up to 32 inches. Its controlled web-handling system maintains stable movement of thin BOPP film, while precise registration controls keep every printed colour correctly aligned. Individual gravure printing stations provide uniform ink transfer, and the hot-air drying system dries each colour before the material enters the next printing unit.
The machine is suitable for producing printed film used in food packets, snack wrappers, confectionery packaging, labels, detergent packs, garment packaging and laminated pouches. Printing width, colour configuration, drive system, drying arrangement and automation features can be customized according to the buyers requirements.
