Equipped with a high-precision Mayer Bar / Metering Rod coating head, an efficient multi-zone Hot Air drying system, duplex unwinder, duplex rewinder, and pneumatic web tension control, it operates smoothly at production speeds up to 150 m/min. The computerized PLC Control System with HMI touchscreen interface allows precise coating weight management, tension control, and reliable continuous operation.
