The Aluminum Foil Tape Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a controlled adhesive layer onto aluminium foil and foil-laminated substrates. It produces pressure-sensitive adhesive material used for HVAC duct sealing, thermal insulation, electrical applications, refrigeration and industrial repair work.

The machine operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising automatic unwinding, adhesive coating, controlled hot-air drying and uniform rewinding. Its precision coating arrangement maintains consistent adhesive thickness across the working width. PLC-based controls allow operators to manage coating speed, web tension and drying temperature. The working width, drying length and coating system can be customized according to the adhesive formulation and required production capacity.
