BOPP Tape Coating Machine About

The BOPP Tape Coating Machine is designed to apply a uniform layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto BOPP film. Its continuous roll-to-roll system combines accurate adhesive coating, automatic web-tension control, multi-zone hot-air drying, film cooling and uniform jumbo-roll rewinding.

The machine helps manufacture adhesive-coated BOPP jumbo rolls for producing transparent tape, brown packing tape, printed tape, coloured tape and industrial carton-sealing tape. Working width, coating method, dryer length, production speed and adhesive-handling arrangement can be customized according to production requirements.
