Built with an extended elevated drying tunnel, safety walkways, dual access staircases, and top-mounted hot-air exhaust blowers, it features a high-precision Mayer Bar / Metering Rod coating system, duplex unwinder, duplex rewinder, and automated web tension control. Operating at production speeds up to 150 m/min, the computerized PLC Control System with HMI touchscreen panel ensures precise coat weight distribution, high drying efficiency, and reliable continuous operation.
