The Both Side Colour Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a smooth and uniform coloured coating to both sides of paper and paperboard rolls. The machine can be configured to apply the same shade or different colours on each side according to the required finished product.

The machine operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising automatic unwinding, first-side coating, controlled drying, reverse-side coating, final drying and uniform rewinding. Dual Mayer Bar coating arrangements help maintain consistent coat weight, colour coverage and surface finish on both sides of the paper.

Its PLC-based control system allows the operator to regulate machine speed, web tension, coating parameters and drying temperature. Automatic web guiding maintains accurate paper alignment throughout production. Working width, number of coating stations, drying length, colour-circulation system and production speed can be customized.
