The Brown Tape Coating Machine is designed to apply a uniform layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto brown BOPP film. Its continuous roll-to-roll system combines controlled film unwinding, precision adhesive coating, hot-air drying, cooling and uniform jumbo-roll rewinding.
The machine helps manufacture brown adhesive jumbo rolls that can be converted into carton-sealing tape, packing tape, courier tape, industrial tape and other packaging products. Working width, production speed, dryer length and coating system can be customized according to the required output and adhesive formulation.
