The machine supports continuous roll-to-roll production through controlled unwinding, precise coating application, multi-zone hot-air drying and automatic rewinding.

Its Mayer Bar coating head helps control coating thickness and provides consistent coverage across the working width. The PLC control system allows convenient management of machine speed, web tension, coating operation and drying temperature. Automatic web alignment maintains accurate paper movement and reduces edge variation during production.

The machine is suitable for manufacturing greaseproof paper used for wrapping bakery products, fast food, confectionery, butter, snacks and other food items. It can process suitable water-based barrier formulations according to the required grease resistance and end application. Machine width, coating arrangement and drying capacity can be customized.
