Carbonless Paper Coating Machine About

The Carbonless Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for producing NCR carbonless copy paper through controlled application of microcapsule and colour-developer coatings. Depending on the required paper grade, the machine can be configured for producing CB, CFB and CF carbonless paper.

The equipment operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising automatic unwinding, precision coating, controlled hot-air drying and uniform rewinding. Its Mayer Bar coating arrangement helps maintain consistent coating thickness across the paper web. The PLC control system allows operators to manage machine speed, web tension, coating operation and drying temperatures conveniently.

Automatic web guiding keeps the paper correctly aligned, while the multi-zone drying chamber removes moisture without damaging the sensitive coating. The working width, coating stations, drying length and chemical handling arrangement can be customized according to production requirements.
