About Tape Coating Machine

The Automatic Adhesive Tape Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a precise and uniform adhesive layer on BOPP film, PET film, paper, fabric, foam and other flexible roll materials. It is suitable for manufacturing packaging tape, masking tape, double-sided tape, medical tape and various industrial adhesive materials.

The machine includes automatic unwinding, edge guiding, closed-loop tension control, precision adhesive coating, multi-zone hot-air drying, cooling and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI control panel allows operators to adjust coating speed, drying temperature, web tension and adhesive coat weight conveniently. Precision-ground rollers provide consistent coating across the complete web width. The robust structure ensures low-vibration performance during continuous production. Working width, coating head, drying length, heating method and automation can be customized according to the adhesive formulation and finished tape requirements.
