About Gasket Paper Coating & Printing Machine

The Automatic Gasket Paper Coating and Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for the continuous impregnation, surface coating, drying and printing of industrial gasket paper. It can apply compatible latex, resin, rubber compound and other functional formulations to cellulose or non-asbestos gasket-paper substrates. The integrated printing section can add brand names, grade identification, technical markings or repeating patterns to the processed material.

The machine incorporates automatic unwinding, web guiding, closed-loop tension control, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying, printing, cooling and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI touchscreen allows operators to regulate production speed, coating pickup, drying temperature, web tension and printing parameters. Working width, coating method, drying length and number of printing colours can be customized according to production requirements.
