Mini BOPP Packing Tape Making Machine About

The Mini BOPP Packing Tape Making Machine is a compact roll-to-roll coating line designed to manufacture self-adhesive packaging tape from BOPP film. It applies a controlled layer of water-based pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive to the film, dries the coated web through a hot-air chamber and rewinds the material into jumbo rolls.
The machine combines precision adhesive coating, controlled web tension, adjustable drying temperature, web alignment and smooth rewinding. Its compact construction makes it suitable for small and medium-sized tape manufacturers, new production units and businesses that require flexible production with lower space and power requirements.
The coated jumbo rolls can subsequently be processed using a slitting-rewinding machine and core-cutting machine to produce finished transparent, brown, coloured and printed packing-tape rolls.
