MLS Rotogravure Printing Machine About
The MLS Rotogravure Printing Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is a robust roll-to-roll printing solution designed for flexible packaging production. MLS stands for Mechanical Line Shaft, in which the printing stations are operated through a synchronized common drive arrangement. This helps maintain controlled web movement and consistent coordination between different colour stations.
The machine produces sharp images, uniform solid shades and accurate multicolour registration on BOPP, PET, PVC, LDPE, CPP, paper, aluminium foil and laminated packaging films. Each printing station is equipped with a gravure cylinder, impression roller, ink circulation arrangement and controlled drying section.
Its rigid construction, adjustable web tension and efficient hot-air drying system support reliable continuous production. The machine can be manufactured in 1 to 10 colour configurations with different printing widths. Electronic web guiding, motorised registration, pneumatic doctor blades, web video inspection and automatic tension control can also be provided according to the buyers production requirements.
