The Surface Protection Film Coating Machine applies a uniform layer of removable pressure-sensitive adhesive onto PE, PET or other compatible protective films. The coated film temporarily protects finished surfaces against scratches, dust, stains, moisture and handling damage during manufacturing, fabrication, transportation and installation.
Its continuous roll-to-roll system combines precision adhesive application, automatic web-tension control, multi-zone hot-air drying, controlled film cooling and smooth rewinding. The machine can be configured for low-tack, medium-tack and high-tack protective-film formulations according to the surface being protected.
