Butter Paper Coating Machine About

The Butter Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a uniform grease-, oil- and moisture-resistant coating onto paper rolls. The coated paper is suitable for wrapping butter, bakery products, confectionery, sandwiches, snacks and other food items where resistance to grease and moisture is required.

The machine operates through a continuous roll-to-roll process comprising automatic unwinding, precise coating application, controlled hot-air drying and uniform rewinding. Its Mayer Bar coating arrangement helps maintain a consistent coat weight and smooth surface across the complete paper width.

A PLC-based control system allows the operator to adjust machine speed, web tension, coating parameters and drying temperature. Automatic web guiding maintains correct paper alignment during production. Working width, coating stations, drying length and heating arrangement can be customized according to the base paper and required barrier performance.
